Cancellation Policy
Investor Strategy Session Policy Investor Strategy Sessions are designed to provide high-level advisory guidance for real estate investors seeking clarity, direction, and informed decision-making. These sessions are strategic in nature and focused on long-term performance rather than day-to-day operations. Scope of the Session Investor Strategy Sessions may include discussion of: Portfolio strategy and asset positioning Cash-flow optimization considerations Risk mitigation and operational structure Hold, optimize, or exit decision frameworks Market dynamics and management implications These sessions are advisory only and do not include legal advice, tax advice, contractor dispatch, emergency services, or ongoing management activities. Preparation To maximize the value of the session, clients are encouraged to arrive prepared with relevant property details, questions, and objectives. Time spent reviewing background information during the session is included in the scheduled consultation time. Booking & Payment • Sessions are billed at an hourly rate • Payment is required in full at the time of booking • Appointments are confirmed once payment is received Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance incur no charge • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee These policies ensure respect for scheduled time and availability. Time Management Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration, with the full session fee still applying. No Obligation Participation in an Investor Strategy Session does not obligate either party to enter into a property management agreement or any future services. If ongoing support or management is appropriate, it will be discussed separately. Professional Boundaries Investor Strategy Sessions are intended for property owners, investors, or authorized decision-makers only. BorneoHomes reserves the right to decline or conclude a session if the discussion falls outside the intended advisory scope or becomes unproductive. Follow-Up Any next steps or recommendations will be discussed during the session. Written summaries, additional analysis, or follow-up advisory services may be offered at an additional fee if requested.
