Tenant & Lease Issue Consultation – Booking Policy Tenant & Lease Issue Consultations are designed to provide property owners and investors with strategic guidance when navigating tenant-related situations and lease interpretation questions. These sessions focus on process, communication strategy, and best-practice decision-making from a property management perspective. Scope of the Consultation This consultation may include discussion of: Tenant communication and de-escalation strategies Lease interpretation guidance (non-legal) Process recommendations for addressing tenant issues Operational options and timing considerations When to escalate issues and when to allow time for resolution This service is advisory only and does not include legal advice, formal legal interpretation, eviction services, emergency response, or direct tenant communication on your behalf. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified attorney for legal matters or formal enforcement actions. Preparation Clients are encouraged to have the following available during the session: A copy of the lease agreement (if applicable) A brief summary of the tenant issue or concern Relevant timelines or communications Time spent reviewing documents during the session counts toward the scheduled consultation time. Booking & Payment • Consultations are billed at an hourly rate • Payment is required in full at the time of booking • Appointments are confirmed once payment is received Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance incur no charge • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee These policies protect scheduled availability and preparation time. Time Management Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration, with the full session fee still applying. No Obligation Booking a Tenant & Lease Issue Consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a property management agreement or any future services.
