BorneoHomes was founded by Eric, our CEO and Founder, with a clear vision: create a property management company that treats real estate like the long-term investment it is. After seeing too many property owners frustrated by poor communication, reactive maintenance, and short-term thinking, Eric set out to build a firm focused on structure, accountability, and investor confidence.

As the company grew, Bree joined as Office Manager, bringing operational discipline and consistency to the client experience. Bree ensures that nothing slips through the cracks — from owner communication to documentation and timelines — so clients always know where they stand.

To protect the assets themselves, Kevin and Alex became the backbone of our maintenance operations. Their hands-on, prevention-focused approach helps avoid costly surprises and keeps properties performing at a high standard. Fast response, quality work, and long-term care are central to how they operate.

Recognizing the importance of clear brand presence and communication, Lisa joined as our Social Media Manager, ensuring that clients, investors, and the community stay informed, educated, and connected to the BorneoHomes approach.

Rounding out the team, Samantha, a licensed real estate agent, provides market expertise and strategic guidance. Samantha works closely with owners and investors to align property decisions with long-term goals — whether that’s acquisition, optimization, or exit strategy.

Today, BorneoHomes operates as a cohesive, boutique team combining leadership, operations, maintenance, marketing, and real estate expertise under one roof. Our focus remains the same as it was on day one: protect the asset, support the investor, and deliver peace of mind through disciplined, professional property management.
